What is the delivery time?
The estimate is shown in the cart and checkout after entering your ZIP (CEP). On average: 3–7 business days (Southeast Brazil) and 7–12 business days (other regions) after payment confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PIX (5% off), credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments, and boleto (bank slip).
How do I track my order?
In "My account → My orders" you can follow every step and the tracking code. We also e-mail you on each update.
Can I exchange if it doesn't fit?
Yes! The first size exchange is free, within 30 days. See the Exchanges & Returns page.
Is the fit true to size?
Our fit follows the size guide. Each product has its own chart plus the photo model's measurements for reference.
Do you deliver across Brazil?
Yes, we ship nationwide via Correios (PAC and SEDEX).
