Right of withdrawal

You may return your purchase within 7 calendar days of delivery (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49) for a full refund, shipping included.

Size exchange or defect

Size exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery. The first exchange is free.

Items with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 90 days.

Conditions

The item must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Request the exchange in "My orders" or by e-mailing trocas@ravanelli.com.br with your order number.

Refunds

PIX: within 2 business days after we receive the item. Card: chargeback on your statement within 2 billing cycles. Boleto: bank deposit within 5 business days.
